That is valid in the context of general training, but if you train for NT or especially home-grown then you can't really choose your player's level of RB, can you?

And also - why is SB bad for guards?

Haha yeah, Joe, that I certainly agree on.

In regard to starting skill, however, I'd strongly argue that high SB is a definite pro for guards. Besides if the old theory that cross-pops tend to go predominantly into lower skills is correct, that means less of them will be wasted on SB.

Yep, about 1.5-2 CP per season, per player in the early stages for me too. Sounds about right.
