There will always be exceptions of course, an exception doesn't make the common wrong.

It's crazy to raise the level of trainees every 2 seasons. Imagine that you are a new starting team in season 15 1 week before the draft and suddenly you get 3 players who are twice as skilled as the rest of the squad, because the minimum of the rookies is proficient already, that's crazy.

The youth system has always worked at hattrick, where the maximum of youthplayers is 'excellent' at the mainskill (except for goalkeepers). Top class rookies will always be of huge value, ok 19 yo's might be a little worse than 18yo, but I would certainly prefer respectable 19yo's over mediocre 18yo's.

i gave one example who i am sure there are more out there i will give you another example if a kid is not mature to go to first grade at the first year he will sty another year in kindergarten so he will develop more docent mean that if he was going to be in first grade in the first year he whodunit make it but it give him a batter chance hens he is more ready for it i do agree there is no need to raise the draft minimum every 2 seasons but you might want to consider that higher division teams will get batter players no potential but with batter skills this just make more seance that way

Exactly, so he wasn't skilled enough to join the draft at the BB age of 18, so he needed to wait another year to join the draft at the BB age of 19. So you example does fit the statement perfectly.

I believe we are saying the same right?

we are saying simeler things but not quite i think that 19yo shooed have slightly batter skills then an 18 years old not bay much but for some that all

I don't ask for dramatic changes.. and any change here will be blessed than the current system.. I don't know what will happen more 2-3 season but right now the rookies level and the system, not usefulness for I.1 teams. and maybe I don't explained me as well but I'm just offered to makes it logical.. and it is not so sense why the game so improving every season and the draft level isn't.. because there wasn't any changes from the first draft at season 2 and until now .

I think this is a poor suggestion. young players today are no better relatively than the young players from 20 years ago. Draft candidates haven't gotten better in relation to the players in the league already, while players in the league continue to improve due to the better training and improved competition (and the fact that if they don't they will soon be out of a well-paid job).


Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

This is not the only suggestion, the difference between 18y-19y ..
Anyway, you too not caught the suggestion.. the idea it's not to make all the 19years old better than 18y, even if they not .. but if we taking the best potential at age 18 and the best potential at age 19, the 19 years old player should be more ready and prepared by his skills after "more year in the college" .

However, 19-18 or not, there are musts be some changes in the draft system .

I don't think that the more year in college will prepare any player adequate or better than more year in the league..
It is his choice to lose a year, maybe there would be risk that noone would train him so he lose some of his potential for better chance for a play, good for him, however useless for you, because you are raising NT-capable players only, right?

Players have only 1 chance and everyone drafted then, depends on their's skills if they will be good investment for the training and I can imagine that one tall center still cannot rebound (2) and defend inside (2) at all.. so what about him even if he is 18y..

Helloooo peopleee wakeee upp this is VIRTUAL GAME, not human players!! they don't choose when to drafted and if lose a year or no !

but if we stick the reality, player who choose to stay more year in college/euroleague/anywhere, will get more expereince and if he so good and talented, he will imrpove and learn so much in that year .. if he is carpenter, he will stay carpenter, but still will learn some things and earn little experience .
