And if you have a guard that also has skills of a centre, or a centre that has skills of a guard, feel free to exploit the match-up problems. Although it doesn't seem realistic, you just have to go along with the current system.

Are we all sure about this height doesn't matter thing... Here is a game where my C(6'11) out rebounded a 6'2 C 19 to 7.. The 6'2 C is making $2000 more a week.

Height must have something to do with the GI.. why else would they have it on the game.. peace

Nope the heigth doesn't have a direct influence in the Game Engine.

A taller player will train faster in inside skills, i.e. he will be a better center sooner than a smalller player. So indirectly height does influence your games.

If you don't know the skillset of the 6'2 C it's hard to say why you outrebounded him that much, he can certainly be a terrible rebounder and a great inside defender/inside shooter, which makes his salary higher than your guy.

The rebounding team ratings of both teams are equal, while you play on the road, so I guess the rebounding of your players is a bit higher than his.

Well first look at their rebounding averages, looks pretty right to me.

Would you consider it useless to train a 6'6 center? or 6'8?

I've got a question about small forward training actually.

If you had the perfect draftee (hall of famer), say respectable in everything. And you were looking to make him a top SF (say all skills sensational), would it actually matter what height he was?

Would you say that training speeds due to height have a linear relation and so if we was small, then the outside skills would train faster, if he was tall the inside would be faster, and if we was medium, the training speed would be about even for both?

One point i would have to make is that for optimum training, you may be looking for as small a guy as possible because more than half of the skills improve faster if you're short.

I think that the only time height matters in a game is at the tipoff, where a taller player gets the tip. =)

Probably not true either.
