I doubt it you are a very different sort of person Datz. There there was a real conflict between two good people who were both looking after the direct interests of their teams even though it became very heated Koop and I still believed it would all work out in the end. This is quite different. Some people are just very aggressive and rude all the time.

Fishy - tanking does not agree with you, it has only been a few games so stop it. If not you need to go into a zen-like trance and just accept that everything will be horrible for the rest of the season but be ready for the relegation series.

it was a bit of light hearted humor..and we cant let datz take all the credit - i think a few of us dreamt up that scenario during one of our saturday bball games haha

First you whined about the MVP votes. Now you're whining because you lost to someone using a different strategy to you. And now, to top it all off, you're whining because someone called you on your pathetic rant.

I'm sorry but, even though we're fellow Guppies, I'm going to have to take an (hopefully) impartial side here.

There are loads of things wrong with this game. Sure, it is a great game, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. The Fish is expressing an opinion (perhaps in less than a perfect way) about some of what he thinks are flaws. There is no harm in that. It isn't quite whining, in my opinion. He has started his post in a diplomatic way and said that he doesn't have anything against anyone and, throughout, has apologised several times if anyone takes it personally. I think that what he says is a legitimate point. I've just found a loophole in the way the game is played (in honesty, I didn't find it; it was pointed out to me). In reality, it just wouldn't be the same because of the different ways the economic system works compared to BB. In reality, you don't buy players from someone else. You pay players for a contract (i.e. a particular number of seasons or just one season), and then the contract expires. This is a fundamental difference.

Matt, your post is far worse in my opinion. Calling people names, and several of them, doesn't help anyone, including yourself. It isn't going to make people respect you or rate you in any way. It's a shame to see you saying this stuff cause I see so much other stuff from you that is really amazing. The humour we have in the Guppies is second to none (even though I'm not in the other feds, I'm making this arrogant) and you are a big part of that.

I think that if someone pipes up and "complains" about this stuff it is actually helpful to the game. There are problems with the game and if no one says anything, it will stay the same (unless there is competition that proves to be better, then players will head over to that game).

I'm not even officially a guppy yet, and i am already sick of the amount of carrying on that you guys do. In my opinion, its exactly why no one seems to want be a guppy. Listening to people bickering at each other is not a reason anyone decided to play this game, but exactly why people don't want to play with you guys.

How hard is it to congratulate someone that has beaten you, or to praise the efforts of someone else, or just in general not to fight against each other. Just because someone has a differing opinion to you, doesn't mean either of you are wrong, nor that either of you are actually right. Surely, we are all old enough to be, at the minimum, civilized people.

What is the point of all this carrying on??? it gets no one any where!!!

Iv barely been here for that long and already i am considering not being a part of it. How bout we just all do that and play the game.

the tons of good people around here are probably the best thing about this game and the thing that does make it fun & better than all the others ive tried

Hey Nugget I understand what you are saying but just let me vouch for HAX he is always very positive and reasonable and I would hate to see him tarred with the same brush as certain other people. There are some absolute champs on the Guppies like Axis, tremell and MonkeyBiz as I hope you will see in the future.
