Contender for most annoying thread of the year? I have asked for it to be closed, and when it was someone opened it again! When I posted this I didn't think that 6 arrogant people that believe they always have to be right would come post 160 posts.

sorry ralph i came in very late to this suggestion, but i felt strongly that there were one or two points i could make to counter some of the arguments put forward. i am disappointed that there arent more managers that try to be more positive or find more positives with suggestions(in general) than just the negatives or what they dont like.
everyone is entitled to their opinion however and im pleased that i have had mine even if it didnt go down well with regular readers!!
