on the starting page, the space between the login button and the "forgot password" line should be wider. That would improve the site for mobile device users.

I hit it like 10 times out of 9. Should be a quick fix, same for the forums, place the link at a better spot.

Next suggestion:

Add a new trainer skill (Guru, or sthg like that) that allows you to train players one level above their potential cap. This could help small countries to make more out of their limited talent pool.

Add a new trainer skill (video analysis) that speeds up experience gain for players.

i don't see a closed thread with it, and it is about game mechanics and especially the potential speciality would lead to a discussion i think.

i like to see highlighting of the current trained position in the weekly stats, maybe with a 2 bars around it or a different color.

Adding the owner's name to the player information at the NT rosters
Basically the header describe it all...
It would be nice to see who is the owner of each player at the NT roster.
In addition - filtering the roster upon teams will be nice to add (and an easy one), after this first suggestion will be implemented.

Adding the "Weekly Status" information (especially the "Minute Breakdown") as another "Show/Hide" option at the lineup page
Currently a user can show/hide the skills of his roster.
Another useful thing that will make it easier to set a lineup is to have also an option to show/hide your roster's "Weekly Status" information (especially the "Minute Breakdown").
