how about price caps? that is, for div. v, no owner can spend more than, say $250,000 on a player. div. iv, $400,000; div. iii, uncapped. something along those lines may protect newbies and limit predators.

That will also genuinely restrict a div v team from buying a really good player.

Yes they have, really. The GM's name is Lord of Doom.

I don't really care what anyone else says to me. He said I have to do this so I will report every single transfer.

so I will report every single transfer.

You don't need to report every single transfer. Report those that you feel may be overpriced or you are very unsure about. I understand this can initially appear difficult for a new manager, but most users get enough experience very quickly. Those who don't generally have very few transfers anyway. I think I have reported only one or two of my own transfers so far and I have played this game for a long time.

Please also note that intentional spamming of the cheating report system will not be tolerated.

That's great. Don't report transfers and get banned. Or report transfers and get banned. Nice system.

for people who read the post before they answer it works, maybe not 100% but not that bad.

I completely agree with you !!
For instance, i also play a management soccer game, called Hattrick, and there it is far too easy to make money through transfers. And so you have a lot of players, who make a lot of money this way, and thanks to this money they can buy themselves a great team. This is not fair to all the other players who don't have all day to check the transfer market, and continously buy and sell players.
I also think a manager game is not made for this, and has to concentrate on the game itself, not on the transfer market. That is why i like Buzzerbeater much better than hattrick, all players have equal chances and the players that decide to make a lot of money through trading on the transfer market will have a difficult time doing so, and that's how it ought to be. Because otherwise, you would only have a good team if you do a lot of trading on the transfer market. Thank God, Buzzerbeater is not such a game.
In fact Buzzerbeater is by far the best management game i have found so far on the internet ! And I have allready tried many management games.
So keep up the good work, BB crew ! You are simply the best !

grtz,
Eagle
