with rwystyrk data is was alway betwen 75 and 100 percent, he don't have that much 1 points upset in his study especially none of the quality of a win of malta against spain so it is just speculation :) But if you are weaker ranked you need much smaller different in points to get the whole points.

I think team ranking works on different way. Especially I think that more than 2 seasons are involved and there are more factors not only results. As you can see top teams with wider roster are used to be better ranked than top teams with strong starting 5 and only few backups even if they make similar results in league/cup/BB3 or even better.
About NT Ranking I don't care anymore because I think almost only purpose is draw of continental championships (I'm not sure about Consolation Tournament draw). But as I remember you are right about my old data.
