Even though he is 6'11" is there any chance he could be a U21 as a PG? My plan is to train him in Outside Defense to 15. This should be until he turns 20. Then I plan 1 on 1 guards until his jump shot is 12. If I train passing next, I think he could be a U21 guard... think its possible even with the utterly slow development of outside defense? If not I plan to mix in Center training Inside Shot at age 20.

I agree with manon on this one, I am in a similar position with 2 of my trainees, iI have contacted the NT scouts and was told get OD & JS to 13 then we will go from there.
Whilst this might fit great for this particular U21 NT, it wasn't really in line with what I believe will make the 2-3 headed monster combo guard arrangement for my teams future. So I will try and meet the needs of the NT, I will still go ahead with my program for my team and if a bonus comes along of a call up or 2,then happy days!

So next i train passing to 12 and rest of the season JS perhaps. I have train passing only 6 weeks and both of them gets 5 pops. Elastic effect gave massive boost :)

Next season i'll train IS and ID. What do you think about that? Any good advice :)

How would you continue to train this guy, i trained him so far in 1-1 forwards to catch up on his driving and handling with other guard skills. I am thinking now of training OD and JR, and some PA too.

For right now, I would train OD/PA, with a little JS. JR takes ~2.7 training weeks to pop, and that is just on average. I would let it pop with JS training.

nice trainees..if you dont mind having JR and SB extremly low. they are kind of limited to one offense at the moment. if you give them more insidetraining, so they could hold there ground as C/PF at times it would be helpful and give you the possibility to play outside tactics at times
