2nd week of crossover games and again the frugal Big 8 teams won the majority of games against the big salaried teams from the Great 8.

Following on from last weeks 5 wins to 3, this week the Big 8 won 6 of the 8 games

Maybe just maybe the Big 8 is the tougher conference to be in

monkey v koop - why is he paying $1million/week 2 lose?
aussie v YPB - 2 top teams both on low budgets but ypb losing is an upset
immortals v peacenroll - wtf immortals sold all their best players & then won neway roflmao

so maybe 1 upset went the red way but seriously how did koop, asses & peacenroll lose

Most ABBL teams are still in the cup and as a result quite a few struggle to stretch quality across 3 games.

Damn its hard to make excuses for the under performing over paid Great 8.

You all talk about how tough it was in the Great 8, but gees its not that easy to be finding room to store the 400 to 450K (including cup money) a week profit Im making

My excuse for losing is that I was training by playing Scrimgeour for 48 mins.

Oh and Smelts was on average gameshape.

I admit my rost is high but it is not 1mil.

anyone know if Yarra park bears are gonna TIE against Slashers tomorrow? or set his full lineup, or save some of his players for our cup game?

Great 8 was lucky enough to win 5 of the 8 games tonight, thus meaning that over the 3 weeks of crossover games so far the Big 8 teams have had 4 more wins than the Great 8 teams

oh wow u actually took me seriously and saved ur best lineup for our cup game... im honoured i truely am.

If i could have any luck this season in actually having the game engine work properly, I'd probably consider myself a threat as well, and on paper, my team is pretty good, but with the types of losses ive had this year, my god, im just about ready to shove a giant fist up BB's pipe of dreams.

anyways rant over.

After have a better start to the season then expected, and then losing my first match, I figure might be a good time to focus on cup for the first time in around 10 seasons. That doesn't go to say that my team isn't beatable, just means I'll be more focused on players game time unlike the rest of this season.
