Hey thanks for the fun and exciting regulation series (if they can be called fun??). A little disappointed ill be headed back to D3 but i believe it will be for the best. My team is a little old for my liking. I don't know exactly what direction ill be headed in my rebuilding process but i have never trained a small forward and ive always wanted to do that. Right now my thought is i might be in D3 for a while building a team that can actually compete in D2. But then again i can never seem to stick to any plans i have in BB. Good luck next season and down the road i hope to get even with you :)

^What he said, except replace relegation with auto, and series with demotion. Also the word disappointed with infuriated. And old, with poor. And the phrase 'good luck next season' , with 'I hope you all go bankrupt'. Except for Hassan. Cause I like Hassan.

;) See you all soon.

i'll remember the LionPride as the team that started getting fouls called on their players during warmups and when the game would finally start, the other team would already be in the bonus . . .

speaking of the MVP voting, is anyone else suspicious of the results?
a) the results are way early.
b) only 8 players got any votes.
c) only four teams had players get votes.
d) neither one of my hometown sports writers who had a vote found a spot on their ballot for a Guards-man?

Congratulations to The Hawks -- Trahair is a fine player, and i would be quite happy to take any one of those eight.

And, Steve, found any secret weaknesses yet?

Hmmm....down my starting SF, maybe the makeshift lineup will pull off a Christmas miracle and send Adolph's (Rupp) boys home losers!

Tanner & the Wildcats are NBBA bound. Congrats, Lucas!

Edit: hmmm..."bound." That reminds me of the time I google searched that word at school, back when I was in 7th grade. Thanks for ruining my childhood, google!

Indeed congrats. Well deserved.

He's come along way since Courtrivals. I think the first one of us to make the NBBA. Do us well!

Thanks everyone on the congrats and a great season. I hate that it comes at the expense of several deserving teams, this league is deep as always. But I'm glad I could finally escape from it's grasps after 6 seasons, a Christmas miracle in itself. I usually did solid in the regular season, but playoff time I would suffer a major setback. Jeffries got injured one season, lost internet another where my default lineup...wasn't ideal...and barely lost. This season I lost WiFi right before game 1 with Bruins (luckily already set lineup for that first game, not the next two though), but got it back just in time. As my once youthful stars began to enter their 30's, this was going to be the season I finally gave up and started rebuilding my team. At the last minute I bought a few foreign vets and figured I'd give it one last go.

A lot of the original NBBA vets I looked forward to playing against are no longer there (a couple I played against this season actually), but I hope to make it competitive again. It's been fun (kinda heartbreaking each season actually but..) in II.3 the past 1.5 years, but hopefully I never see this league again (as I'm not sure when/if I could get back out!). Good luck to everyone in season 26.
