It seems to me a mistake to change the training. It's one of the only things that keeps me in the game today. Many of the big teams complain that being in the first division cannot be trained, because they lose competitiveness. Let them know that this is the price to pay. Among other things, everyone wants to simplify training or to train faster, have better players, pay less salaries, etc. No one considers learning to train well and profitably with the current system. Everyone wants an easy way out. And the "fix" for some is not something everyone wants.

No soy bueno ni hablan ni escribiendo en inglés. Y capaz estoy enojado por la insistencia de hacer cambios innecesarios en el juego

I mean it’s discussed in both places. If anything the forum gets the clean cut plan on top of being more organized.. it’s not like discord actually hold weight in these decisions really

So where are we with this?

Plan A (or even Plan B ) sounds fun. But, so risky

You then plan with zero restrictions in effect. At the end of the day (as many already suggested) we will all have the same players.

Imagine someone tanks and collects 20M. Then buys 3 x 25yo and only add the skill missing to make them elite.

I mean elite to the levels that one cannot find in the market for seasons.

Maybe option B with 50% penalty would work. This way you get to train both PF and SF and one gets more Rebound and the other more OD (at expense of total training, but viability of keeping your own draft / over paying for optimal starting skills etc to get to the SF PF combo you want).

There's already about 10 people on this thread who had this miracle idea : tanking, using the new training system to train perfect players and grad titles.

People are already tanking to make runs for national/BBB title. I don't think that will change anything in this regard.

While I'm for NO change since I consider training The core part of the game (training court nonsense still needs to be address) I do like brainstorming and developing concepts. So here's the plan C:

Team training remains the same.

For skill training you now get two options:
- Focused (giving you 3 player slots)
- General (giving you 6 player slots)

For Focused players need to play 80min per week at any position while for General players only need 60min per week at any position for maximum training. The difference in min requirement is also the difference in training speed (General trains at 75% of Focused).

There's also extra change in that 1v1, JS and RB now only get 3 training slots for max training speed like other skills. While this would lower the overall skill level in BB the second part of plan C makes up for it?

If you hire youth trainer and don't use team training you get extra skill training regime:
- Youth (giving you 3 extra teenagers slots)

This youngsters also need 80min of playing time per week at any position. Their training speed remains the same as today (it depends both on your trainer and youth trainer level).

In short term this would create a flood of half trained 20 year olds and disappointing managers that lost money training them. Should fix itself with time.

It obviously helps homegrown teams a lot.

While you do get training diversity and positional freedom extra min requirement and limiting extra regime to youth keeps it challenging.

The way U21 and NT players train remains exactly the same And you can't train 3 different NT players at their peak and steamroll your opposition like you could with plan A!

The full impact of this proposal is of course beyond my understanding so...
