For one, you couldn't answer any of the 5 or 6 questions I posed to you.

I could make a list of 2-infinity but I'll keep it a bit shorter.

In short./...

You know nothing about the NT World and you have demonstrated that in many of your comments...for example when you said managing a NT isn't much different than managing your own team. Or when you said that "i could get on once per week to manage the NT" in reference to the question about if your personal life gets busy. Getting on 1 day won't cut it and the fact you don't understand that is reason enough. I could go on, and did, but I don't want to pile on or seem attacking in nature so I have edited my post.

Here's my question for the candidates....

We now have an active offsite forum with many options being weighed prior to every game. Ultimately, the decision will come down to the winner of this election. If the entire community is going against your tactical choice(roster, sub patter, tactics all included), will you stick to your guns and push forward anyway?

The NT Management position is very social as well. You will be interacting with the community and trying to grow the community, but you will also be communicating with other NT Coaches. What are your thoughts on mTIEs during the tournaments? Would you be willing to break an agreement and what circumstances would make you consider it? Basically, is winning more important than your reputation?

We talk about how this is a "Team event", we are all in this together, etc...And it is, but ultimately whoever is chosen as the NT coach has to make the tough decisions. As coach, I would always factor in any input I receive from anyone in my decisions, but make the decision I feel is best.

If the situation is appropriate, and Tie'ing now will help us later, then of course. That said, I would never make an agreement I don't intend on keeping. Tricking someone into Tie'ing is cheating as far as I am concerned...not my thing.

My question for your candidacy is this:

Will you play a lineup of Willis Lundy, 2 scrubs, and 2 lucky fans? I know you would play Lundy at all 5 positions if possible, but unfortunately that's not an option.

To any and/or all candidates: Everyone is quick to compare us to Chile, and rightfully so. But back to Season 15. We were fifth best ranking wise within the Americas tourney. Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay were good then and are good now. How do we maintain against teams that have given us scares in the past? Surely the usual (GS and enthusiasm), but what else?

Jason- You consider breaking mTIEs cheating. Why so? Lying to someone is not cheating in most cases, is it not?

Forget you.

I just state my opinion that I, and probably others feel, and you go off and make personal attacks on a member who has no interest in actually running for the senior NT and I truly did respect you as a manager. You're a better manager than me. Fine you can take pride in that but leave me out of your condescending remarks that you happened to make about your hopes and dreams in an attempt that will win over the members who hope that their next NT coach prefers "the classroom".

@boss of bosses...hilarious pic.

@GM-Jason & @nammsor - IMO you two are the top candidates so far. In an attempt to separate you two, I have three questions :

1) If Lundy had been walking on the street for days, 3 weeks late for a shower, and STILL not in 9gs, do you offer to pick him up?

2) How far in advance do you think its necessary to game plan when considering call ups and enthusiasm? With a limited roster before it hurts overall enthusiasm, what might your strategy be?

3) What use would you get out of the offsite? Regardless of what you use for it now, what would your plans for the future be?

I think you are missing the point of a debate :-) I am sorry I hurt your feelings...But i am not sure what you think I should have said, or how I should have reacted to that. The point of this thread to air opinions and beliefs, and when people say things critical or questioning a candidate the candidate needs to address it and prove otherwise.

Your post indicated that I have missed out on "immense teaching". I was showing you that my teams resume' would say otherwise. Additionally, I was pointing out that we talk to the same people, just in different places.

I really am sorry I hurt your feelings....But you have to understand, when you criticize someone for being "ripe" and not ready, it kind of puts their guard up a bit. :-)
