My Green and myself have exchanged PMs and already have a plan in place to work together. I sent him a PM a few days ago to start discussion and we are both keen to be involved in a major way if the other person wins. One of us thinks the other will win and one thinks it is going to far too close to call. We both want the same thing but see different paths to get there. If one of does win there will be some aspects of each persons plan with one of them just getting a bit more focus.

I like Mattys idea of creating a Federation for discussion purposes and also he's ideas around getting group involvement.
I like your offer to take a couple of days off work to get scouting done and also the efforts you have put into the Wombat Federation.
And I admire your both for the "level headeness and decency" that you have both shown me in your dealings with me but also in your posts in forums.
If you can work together then regardless of the result of the election, the Australian community of Buzzer beater is the winner.
With regards to guidelines to whom I would allow in a Federation or Offiste forum I would be quite restrictive and only allow long term experienced Australian Managers (excess of 8 seasons or so) or Australian Managers who have representative players or serious potential represntative players, membership.
Bit sad the election is almost over as Ive enjoyed annoying you both with questions.
