Self-bid causes dissatisfaction to a small number of users

But sooner or later everybody happens to be in such a situation, if it can be avoided to diappoint users adequate measures should be taken.

But what am I talking again... We all know there is no time/money/swag for innovation and change in this game left.

If you couldn't bid on your own players, you could accidentally list someone at 10000 instead of 100000 and not be able to get him back if he is only selling for 10000.

So if you want to buy a player for certain amount, just put in the amount you are willing to buy for and you don't have to set the alarm. RIght? Because if you get up in the middle of the night, that's only because you want to save money by buying the player under the price. Just like the owner who wants to sell the player above the price. They are all same to me.

You can at times get players for less than you would be "willing" to pay for them. You'll never see a player sold at less than the price he was listed for. I don't think removing outright the ability of owners to re-buy their own players is necessary, but I do agree with the point that using them to try to pump up the selling price is an undesired feature. Perhaps make it so that if the owner wants to rebuy his player, he needs to beat the current bid by a huge margin (+100k or double the price, whichever is greater).

a little bit off topic...

What if we remove the ability of an owner to bid on his own player so we can drive towards a more accurate transfer price list estimate?

I often experience starting to bid on a player at 1$ (or 1000) wait for 2 days only to find myself bidding against the owner himself at the player deadline. It is a price manipulation of sorts but I quickly lose my enthusiasm when i see the name of the owner bidding as well. Its like did i wake up for this s__t!?! I mean there is a minimum price that you are suppose to be happy parting with the player, but some managers like to get the most bang for their buck so they drive prices up by repeated bidding on their own player. I don't mind people posting overpriced players at least they don't waste my time getting up to purchase the player.

Transfer price limits will never be accurate based on the way they're currently calculated and the occasional owner bidding on their own players has absolutely nothing to do with this issue.

As it is, I honestly don't see how this hurts the game negatively at all so I'm confused on why this even needs to be 'fixed'. There's a huge risk involved in bidding on your own player and if you don't want to get into a bidding war with that player's owner then simply stop bidding on move on to the next player.

Of course, and that's why some people get up in the middle of the night But if we're using the argument "set the price you want outright" for sellers, why don't we use the same argument for buyers? Someone above me said they can still be outbid - but hey, if that was the last price you were going to pay, then you are ok if you don't buy the player, since you weren't going to pay that much money anyway, right?

I know you are burning cash by entering the highest bid...but so are the owners burning their time by setting the price they would want their players to sell for

It's not equivalent, though. Setting a minimum price for selling a player doesn't prevent you from getting more if the interest is there. Bidding your max prevents you from getting a better deal if there's the opportunity. It may, however, allow you to get more sleep.

U21 ASIA FINALS... NOT LIVE? Now that sucks! Everyone in our Nation is fired up to watch it live then everyone gets to see it broken..then we would end up seeing the final result and not seeing the live game. This is a BIG Unsatisfaction both to the game and developers capabilities, Yes we know you are on the process of off season processing but i think you should be aware of this problems that may occur.
