Eh i think that u r arena plan is wrong. If i was on u r position i would sell something like 25000 bleachers and 10000 more from the other sits.



do u really think?!?my first idea was to sell all bleachers but i cant..maybe u r right and there is a cap for each seat type and not for all..but i dont care..i try it :-)

Well there is something like a cap there. Also if u sale less but more expensive sits, then the time of downgrade will be less, but maybe the money u will get back will be more. Also with that u can have a balance. Anyway u know better.

thats the point..i know nothing..like allways i try for my own..if u really know that there is a single cap for bleachers,courtside seats etc pp than i cancel the plan..whats the area code from boston :-)

Well i think then that u should. From what ive read the optimal arena size is like 20000 sits. If u check my arena u will see that i have very few empty seats, on the highest prices. I am playing for a very small country, so maybe its a small difference if i compare it with budesliga. So if i was u would keep like 30-50 Luxury Boxes (not more for sure), 500-700 Courtside Seats, 2000-2200 Lower Tier, and the rest to have 20000 Bleachers. Those are coming from my experience which i am building new sits when i am able to fill them on the max price, and i think that are very reasonable numbers. They are not perfect but i am sure that the most users will agree on the range that i gave u. But even if they are wrong, they are 100% better than what u r doing now. I hope i have helped a little.

Edit: Dont forget, that if u can fill a larger arena u will always be able to built some more, so actually u dont have lots to lose if u take my formula

hmmm maybe u are right..i should think about it one more time..thanks..the new arena formula this season destroyed a little bit my strategy..if u ceck this thread u can find a post of mine from last season there i show my arena and weekly income..u will see that last season!! my "mucho seats and as cheap as possible"strategy was brilliant..and thats all without winning streaks and the BB enormous fan boost if u have a winning squad..but this season i dont know..have really no idea how that arena thing is working now :-)

Well assuming that u want to fill those sits, this is my guess. Also u have to consider how much u need to built 1 luxury box, and when u will be able to have a profit from it. Depreciation. Currently u need 10 home games on max price to have it, so of for example to be able to fill u r luxury boxes u need to have price lets say 500, then u more than 3 seasons, to get u r money back and start making some profit. Is that deserve it? for me no, but maybe its just me..

Either the cap is set in each type of seats or in a whole,the thing is that you will never see a sold out in an arena of 10.000 lux boxes...Bleachers are the ones to sell,so I at least consider it to be a cap in each seat type.. ;)

all seats type has a cap, but in my eyes those cap isn't affected through the change ... It was simply the how much you could sell with minimum prices cap, and for VIP it was bit over 110 seats. The first games i ahd to high prices and even with higher one for the cheaps seats i nomally get close to the 20k - today maybe my bleachers prices are to high but i plan to downgrade then a lot and want to see where the minimum amount should be.
