Yeah, I'm actually training Radeka, Wiles, Craven, and now R.Ocampo. Wiles trains well at the 1-2 spot so he's worth keeping and from what i witnessed in all of his games, he played quite well, being a hell of a rebounder/scorer. Craven needs to show me something this season but I'm going to attempt to train Ocampo into a well-rounded PF. Craven should be my future C if I can train properly while Radeka is already a good passing Guard that needs to become a better outside shooter and defender.

My Training plans are:

When Guards
PG: Radeka/Wiles
SG: OCampo/Craven

When Bigs
PF: OCampo/Wiles
C: Craven/Wiles

I gotta figure out a plan though for possible Single-Pos training. Those are four players I would love to keep around as my future starters so any ideas? I'll post Radeka's and Castrofeito's stats later tonight. Castro is not a trainer but rather a starter ... possibly my starter for the Cup and that's it though if I decide to focus solely on training.

I think you gotta single position train only (or it's not really worth keeping Ocampo when you could just sell him for 2+ million), which means you need to bite the bullet and decide on just three to train.

I'd probably one position train the guard skills this season and next with Radeka, Ocampo, and either Craven or Wiles (or even Stevie Ocampo- it's hard to say without knowing everybody's skills, but frankly Wiles/Craven have only 1k more salary than S. Ocampo, and they're already 20 yrs old while he's only 19). Then, switch to one position inside skill training and just train 'em up. Radeka can stay at guard and end his training career at that point, replacing him with a new inside trainee, or you could give him some inside skills too if you wanted to round him out a bit.

So Radeka/Ocampo/Ocampo for 2 seasons of guard skills. Then inside skills for as high as you can afford to train them; hopefully your team will be doing well and moving back up the divisions as your guys grow so that you CAN afford to train them as high as you'd like, and you end up with a nice guard, nice center, and special PF.

Stevie Ocampo's ratings suck in comparison and last season Paul Wiles progressed quite a few times in a nice round manner that did not cause his salary to jump so high (thankfully). In the past, I would have overtrained him (see Vernon Partridge) on the inside skills and would have been useless outside and at the charity stripe. I'll show Wiles and Craven as well. I like both players better than Stevie. I'm going to see about grabbing some easy screen shots and posting those instead of copy/paste (hard to read). I'll be back in a bit.
