I wanted to inform you that I am planning to stand for election for another two seasons.

If you have any suggestions or wishes that could help Indias U21 team please let me and the other guys in his forum know.

We will have a pretty good team next season, i would really love to coach them. I really do believe that we are headed in the right direction and that we made some progress in the last two seasons.

I think the most promising guys for India's A-Team (long term)are Sivakumar, Umashankar and Ambuj Devi if their owners continue to train them. Sahni could also be interesting but I think Sivakumar and Hasmukh Kumar will be better long term at SF.
Jan Sadiqi is the player with the most skill points. But sadly his owner doesn't answer mails(no matter in which language) and he doesn't know the term "game shape" because Sadiqi plays more than 90 minutes every single week...

The problem of these guys is that most of them didn't receive training when they were 18 and 19. Since I wrote all of their owners hundreds of mails, they received training from the beginning of last season on. But of course, they are far behind now....

But nonetheless thanks to all managers who trained their Indian guys!

oops sorry my mistake :P My Sivakumar also has HoF potential so that got be confused a little.

Daniel, keep an eye out for my guy (30195740). I can't train him because of other training commitments but I think he will make a good U21 player. Right now, he's very cheap so whoever gets him may not train him properly.
