Haha thanks guys. Yeah if LeftHook wants to do it, I don't mind. But if you think I should run, I'll throw my name in the election and let you guys vote it out. I have always wanted to coach a U-21 team though

I actually think the U21 job is harder than the NT side. You have way more pops to contend with mid season and at the end of the season you have to pick a whole new side (which seems way worse than the team you just had lol)
And training advice is way more important as the U21 coach.

Hi there! I would not focus on only one skill at such a young age. You want to train all of the guard skills so that they have a good base to build from for the future. Therefore I would try to get his JS and Driving and Passing skills up a few notches before training OD again. Just my opinion!

definantly not NT...
he may have a chance at U-21, but mind you our country has started to have some really nice manager who has been producing really decent U-21
