20,000 seats is not a big arena?in the real world the greatest basketball arenas have this size...

I thought we were having a pretty good discussion myself. I guess I shouldnt have used the Italians as an example, again I only did because they are the biggest.

I will never understand why someone complains about the point of a post, and then proceeds to trash the discussion. Personally I see no need to be rude, especially on an international level. Saying that an entire country messed up is rude, sorry Badgirl.

The point of this post for me is to help me learn and understand the game better from all angles, and to share my perspective as well. Plenty of other posts.

I see your point that New teams from small team based countries are farther behind thier competition than a new team from say Poland who start in a lower comparable division. However again, I'd gladly switch places with them. They dont have to really worry about relegation as there isnt anywhere to go. They too can build thier arena very fast without having to actually compete (at first) and they start out making DI money. Heck, if they plan it right they can bounce between DI and DII (mostly bots) a couple times and gain the big bonus money too. Someone from Italy pointed out that in order to build up his arena, he will fall behind on talent and be relagated, where he may never return. Teams from very small countries dont have this worry.

actually spain has much more users than italy

when you look at her prices, you had to accept that this are small arenas in BB. Remember the stadard prices and the price range the BB give us.

In reality the seats are much more expensiv, and you had to build an new arena when you like 1000 extra seats, and you normaly can npt sell the old one ;) So maybe a bit unrealizm must be accepted.

but if you compare to a real world company, if you picked the wrong strategy you cant go to the goverment and say. Hey i cant survive please make my strategy the best.

ok,but i would to know what's the limit for filing arenas...

we will see it in future, but think about it, that additional building up always bringst less ...

So when you build up from 10 to 20k you maybe get 20-30% More profit, if you like to the increase the income now with the same amount you have to build lot more then those 10k seats.

can i make the italian with another point of wiew???? so we show that italian don't speak with a unic voiceDD

i don't think that problem is arena's size or better we must see this in a global way

improve the arena's size is a game strategy so we don't must penalize this.
If you remember when bbs introduced the changes on tv money i saied that musted improve arena on italian forum and a lot of people answerd to me like in this tread but someone like mark make this. i.e. i have 8000 seats in III

the problem is risk to abuse of this strategy. Now i can make also an arena of 300.000 seats for 30.000 fan weekly and this because i don't pay for this....

for me we must put a some tipe of tax about arenas but we must loking for the best tipe of tax beacuse we don't must penalize the arena strategy but strong to stop abuse of it

You can have a 1,000,000 seat arena, but if you're still getting 20,000 fans, what difference does it make?

yes mate, you want a tax in place to stop silly-size arenas being built that generate unrealistic amounts of money, but not a tax that punishes those that built arenas rather than bought players early on. Because that turns out to have been the right strategy all along.

Other issues:
High-end traders are moaning because free agents are undercutting them and setting a lower market price than they want (Because they prefer inflationary markets that bring economic game theory into play).

Smaller countries with less competiton get to compete in a global transfer market against clubs in countries with less disposable income for transfers (because they have to spend proportionately more on salaries to be competitive). Despite the fact that 99% of the clubs in the comeptitive countries will never play against those clubs, they are upset on the behalf of the 1%(?????????????????????).

Italians aren't all self-centered, just some of them.

yes yes true was only for example. i wanted say only that you haven't a limit if you want you can do it (if you have moneyDD)

there is one team, now i don't remember wich but listened on italy forum, that make over 500k with arena. He have a enourmus arena and he can fill it with very low price. So i think that this is a limit case.... we must remember that we are playng to basketball not in bank...

so must be a form of tax that is low in normal case but began bigger for limit case until a point where you must stop.
