next 3 of last 4 games dt have eagles, goldfish and marmots so i think they are basically locked into 6th with the loss to ypb

if you can beat jw who is really strong now at his arena then i dont think dt have a hope of beating you

i lost to snuffles as excected but it wasnt too bad going down by 17 at their arena playing my reserves

still looking like a snuffles v cowboys finals

jw last 4 games are @ goldfish, v eagles, @ ypb and v snuffles - tough draw could go 2/2 or 3/1 - 4/0 seems unlikely
marmots v ypb, @ rd, v dt, v goldfish - 3 or 4 wins
goldfish v jw, @ dt, v rd, @ marmots prob 2 wins

if marmots can win all 4 they go to 14 and bad pd
if goldfish get 2 wins i go to 13 & great pd
if jw win 3 it still just gets them 13 and av pd so still probably 5th unless someone can beat the marmots

under the new system 5th is probably better than 4th

4th gets you an away date with snufles $100,000 income and out - but an extra game of training

5th gets you no salaries for a week worth $301,000 to me and a better draft pick but one less game for training and you do miss out on the chance to roll the dice for a crazy upset of snuffles

last game of the season is goldfish @ marmots - could be huge

yes well played Rabid!! you got the tactics right and as the noob Div II player I am, got it totally wrong... Took a big risk that probably wasn't required either. Hopefully this loss won't bite me in the ass!! Though being up @ the break by 7pts I thought I was a good chance, your outside guys took advantage of my poor defensive tactics hahah.
Yeh, with DT losing to YPB that will pretty much mean playoff for relegation will belong to both those teams now. I wouldn't mind playing a playoff game... though economically if 5th is best I would take that.

Thats a fair domination! He was pretty unfortunate with his injuries and it being a must win game, but he would have been better cutting his losses and saving enthusiasm for the relegation matches... I more lol'd at the fact someone played normal against a team that is tanking.

Made sense for him, though - he's in a battle to try to get out of the relegation zone, and PD is important in that too. CT would be dumb, but normal - I can understand that, particularly since he still only won by 19 - if he'd TIEd and you Normal'd, you probably would have got him.

hmmm tough decision, who do I want to face first in the play off? Meteor or CFH... Win the next game and I'll face Meateors, lose the next two games, I'll face CFH. Since Pablo and Meteor are good mates, maybe I should let them face each other first.

If you have to play normal against a team with half the salary and terrible gameshape, saving relegation is probably a waste of time...

If you tank so I am forced to lose a quarter final against holtz I will never forgive you lol...

It's a tough question... though I think Marmots will determine who will get 4th and who will get 5th hahah.
And you have to like your chances against Tassie Eagles right, you beat them quite easily Taking it easy last game!
