half fix, I would say

it still sorts the ones with no jersey numbers ahead of number 0 instead of after all the numbered ones

Just to annoy I'd say nothing is less then zero.

still can't make the program without the use of NET framework? cuz i can't use BBS now... even though i use XP (i need to use the user switching, therefore i can't install the NET framework thingy)

I actually might have found a way to create an exe for you (and anyone else who does not want to install the .NET framework).
Its going to me a heck of a bigger file (~15MB) but if that what it takes - so be it.

I'm working on it and might have a solution for you later today.
