true is a insults? ok.

you used same schemat. sell young "rubbish" prospect for 250k not from 0 or for "market value"...

I think it's quite evidently market value if I put my player to the market for 150k and I get 250k after small bidding war when there's most of the managers on the market that are trying to get solid trainees.

But I still don't understand how selling draftees three days after they have arrived to their drafted team is Day-Trading? Hopefully you can clarify this to me.

In my opinion, BBs are making the correct decision to start enforcing Day-Trading rules more strictly. I think we all can see from this discussion that it's just ridiculous that this has been going on for so long. And still I haven't heard any great arguments to defend this kind of activity. But of course, it should be only for systematic day-trading and after team has received official warning, which I suppose it will be too.

A question: Does your player (49197675) was changed in gold after 2 months of being in your team that you sold him for 100X higher price? Does his quality was 100x more than 2 months before? I don't want to attack you. I just want to show you that such cases can be very missleading in judgement. 100x more have huge impact on imgaination and very bad perception, while in fact one overpriced (1,7x) transation on value around 1-2kk causes much bigger loss for newbies than 10 such low transations (100x).

I understand that you can't know exact facts from my players, but this was quite bad example. First of all he was almost 4 months in my team and I bought Tilge for 1k when his inside skills were 6-7-10-5 (IS-ID-RB-SB). He got training almost every week and I sold him when his skills were somewhere around 7-11-12-9 (might be some variations, my last picture from his skills were 3 weeks before I sold him). Maybe not gold, but I think he was worth at least 100k with those skills and potential. However, I would have understood your point If I got 100k without any training.

Do you try to convice me that quality of player was incresead 30% in time of 10 days without any training?!

No, but here it's part of the market price when many teams try to get one player, not taking advantage from newbies who don't understand BB market.

Have you ever consider what makes up the price? I work in selling in serious company for many years. I can say I'm high level specialist. Belive me, I know how it works. Only bankrupts sell below theirs costs.

That's true, but the costs are not what you said they were. You counted Gym and Traine to the costs, but it's irrelevant because you don't train these guys. Then about the fact that you're paying salaries for these 9 players. True, but for one individual it's 3-5k. So about 10-20k per player overall when you keep these for 2-4 weeks. You also buy these players for 5-90k, so let's say 40k on average. Total costs about 50-60k. Then you sell these 9 players for 200-400k, let's say 300k on average. Take the taxes (50%) out and your proft is about 100k per player after 3 weeks. So 2.7M from the newbies and teams gets 900k per season.

Don't get me wrong, this is great business, but on gray area based on BB rules and good that it's finally banned.

Try to consider such very common situation in BB: the most talented 18yo youngsters are sold for aorund 3M. These players have no any quality value to strenghen team immediately etc.. What are they worth? Theirs worth is only potential (very questionable thing) in time of selling. Add to this purchase price 3M for top trainer...and a lot seasons of sacrifice in training (aslo additional costs). In relsut you sell ready, high quality player made from this ypungster after many season for let's say 3M (market value them so low currently). Is it fair price? another question is: Is that youngster worth 3M at the beginning? Or is this transfer should be qualified to cut? How to fair estimate real value of such players?

Generally, I mean value of youngster is very difficult to price because you value only potential (what is very questionable), not current value.

I agree completely. 18yo draftees with high potential are really difficult to value and it's odd that 18 yo player is worth 3M but after he has been trained perfectly, value is still 3M or even less. But I would say that there's a reason why anyone can buy 19yo guys with high potential for 5-90k at the start of the season and sell them for 200-400k when all experienced and educated manangers are not buying trainees anymore.

But you had good arguments even though I disagree with most of them. It's great to hear "opponents" opinions when they are presented without too much motions. Would like to get this kind of replies from other managers too.

PS. I'm writing on phone with Finnish predictive text system so apologies for typos
