If you think the ones against this change are wrong then you should prove it and not simply say it as if you hold the truth. Or you could find a way to improve the proposed change by taking into account some of their arguments/fears, or maybe implement a test phase in a smaller market (for example the staff) to see what the real consequences of such a change are.But summarizing the opponents as if they were people against any change and whose arguments are false or extremely unlikely does not help the debate.
