Golf

I did say sport, didn't I? Golf isn't a sport. Last year they put a heart rate monitor on a golfer and it never went above 107...Golf is not a sport...sorry

WTF has heart beat got to do with whether something is a sport?

Singles afternoon in the Ryder Cup pithes on any basketball game. But I guess thats why you say tomayto and I say tomarto.

golf is like darts, bowling, fishing, auto racing or how about the walking event in the olympics ...those aren't sports...those are games like chess....Do golfers even sweat if it isn't hot outside?

Not Poker. Sometimes they show heart rates of players who just went all-in... you wouldnt believe what you see

I agree... but im not arguing whether a sport is better based on heart-rate...

I have never watched a basketball game from start to finish. Where as I could watch snooker, poker, golf all afternoon... fishing I couldn't either.

geez, if we count sports only based on toughness, endurance and heart rate, then let's keep Hawaiian ultra-triathlon and ban everything else :D

While you guys are discussing random subjects, Silves has already been bought (by an italian team) and put on the market again, with the sole purpose of winning today's cup match.

At this point, paying the player's salary when the player is bought seems like an absolute necessity. Basically the dude that bought him could buy a monster a week right up to the cup final (he and everybody else) and not pay a dime except for the taxes he forfeits when he sells him, since the transfer price is alway more or less the same...1M-1.3M.
