A good amount of passing and one on one training to start, then switch over to jump shot and pressure.

For PG and SG, you want to train Jump Shot, Jump Range, Outside Defense, Handling, Driving, and Passing (The 3 most important ones in my opinion are Jump Shot, Outside Defense, and Passing).

For PF and C, you want to train Inside Shot, Inside Defense, Rebounding, and Shot Blocking (don't train Shot Blocking nearly as much as the other 3).

For SF, a good mix of inside and outside is desired.

But like I said to you in that BB-mail message, focus on one area (guards for you) and make sure your young guys get 48 minutes every week so that they get full training.
