So you have no problem with farm teams? Users getting tired of players and just train one prospect to inhuman heights, when they can not support them, so they list them. I have no problems with users going out with a bang, buying those guys and burying them:) That's great thinking imo, take on "almost-NT" player and retire him :) If he was so valuable, why did none of the french buy him? Let me answer the question for you, he was not good enough.

More work for GM-s to ban some users! At last those multis will make mistakes and will be caught. You actually can not kill a player that noone will sell. Think about it...

Why would they be necessarily mulltis ?

Riaud was bought by a polish team.
Well, how surprising. He began to be bad trained, having bad amounts of minutes just after an important match between France and Poland was announced, if I remember well.
it wasn't a multi account. Just a farm that became a trap for NT potential from a rival NT.

Do you know they are not multis?
I just find farm team managers odd. Who would actually find playing for just one player fun? Should we punish every manager who trains their players badly? Perhaps that user wanted to ruin something great - it's his choise. Even if he would not have retired him, his bad training would still remove him from France NT intrest list, sooner or later.

Do you know if this world is true or if you live within a matrix ? :p

This polish team had a normal behaviour right before. I don't know if you might even tell it was a farm before. Like many teams considered as farms, anyway.
They most often become it to keep 1 player, they rarely are created with that aim from the beginning.
If it was, do you realize how many seasons would be necessary to have the money to buy 1 player to farm and also to pay his salary ?

Would you suggest that the team of the former french N°1 zisvan is a multi, now that he began taking care of 3 NT french player or potential NT, for instance ? :p

BB is a game of mathematics. You do not have to spend too much time here to be successful. You can still have normal life while successfully playing BB. If you want to own at WOW, you will have to nolife. Simple as that.
Nothing is impossible in this game. You just need patience.

You ignore the points in my post, friend :)

As my post is just above yours, I don't feel like reposting it ;)
I explained why I think there is a difference in thinking and motivations between a farm team and a hitman team. Care to share your feelings about it ? I don't like farm teams but, at least, they are not dedicated to destroy.
I don't know if such a thing as a hitman team really exist, I don't want to speculate on this particular user's good or bad will. The fact is it can be done and apparently the BBs won't do anything to prevent it.

A Frenchman could have fired him too. The nationalty of the team doesn't make any difference. Extreme NT rivalry could be an extra incentive... maybe... I think the incentive to be an a** is enough motivation. The consequence is on a whole national community and leaves a very bad taste in mouth. To me, it's incompatible with a game that wants to promote friendly gaming betweeen national communities through NT competitions.

Claiming a player can always be "saved" by being kept forever in the roster is simply looking away. I still have faith that the BBs don't want this kind of tactics to get a foothold in the game.

On a sarcastic note, I am learning the lesson that BB is about putting the best players together. All these endless talks about assembling and managing a team was actually a recreation. It's binary, good enough/not good enough. Riaud was not good enough or else he would have been kept in the roster despite successive weeks of bad game shape. I thought it was a game with complex dynamics but I have it explained to me by a BB and a valuable member that it is not :D
