dude! i read his second post and i was grateful for his explanation. my point is that he gave me the answer in his second post, not the first. what's wrong with you people??
i played bb for 2 seasons now. i never thought though that the coach is not the same guy as my trainer. i asked a simple question, and everybody jumps on me because of a simple misunderstanding. now that's a clear example of reading between the lines. Dary was kind enough to re-explain things for me, so it's all clear now. Let's just stop here.
Thanks.

The better way to clarify would have been:

You have a lvl 10 trainer, not Coach. The trainer's lvl has no bearing on the in-game performance or substitutions of players. The trainer lvl is only for training purposes.

We have no way to see what lvl, if any, a Coach is classified and they should all act the same.

Since i have a lvl 10 coach, would it be wise to let the coach decide who plays? i mean, does a coach rating affects game performance, or his only use is for training purposes?

that was my question.

In case it still hasn't been answered, because everybody is concentrating on who was right...:

No it would not be wise: having a better level coach does not improve the effectivity or outcome of the option "let coach decide".

ha - funny thread... for what its worth (nothing!) the first response although concise and correct was a bit ambiguous... if you take into consideration the OP doesnt know the answer (hence asking the q) and the responder does...anyway!

I nearly always play Strictly depth until 4th.... my experience would suggest that your reserves will play 6-12 mins in games you have won easily by the end of the 3Q (which is valuable most weeks as less pressure on cup/scrimmage to try and make people play 48mins) then if it is a close game your main 5 stay out til the job is done!

I would even go so far to say i prefer to play normal and give back ups valuable minutes than to TIE and gather enthusiasm in the early season games.... i think the reward of higher attendence and GS for your whole squad is better than going gangbusters to try win games TIE and then slipping up...
