Training a team in real life is much more harder than BB. But we need the best coach we can get for the NZ team in BB. And comparing Sammy's and monte's record, it would be clear that Sammy is the better manager.

I haven't/don't play basketball, I just enjoy some sports manager games and found a thread on this game on one of my other games, so I decided to join, and have loved it. :D

Also, coachmonte, I promoted my team in my first season with no understanding of the game or basketball really, so it isnt that difficult to do from lower leagues. Then in my second season I ended up second on my side and played in the play-offs, I would expect you to be able to at least do that.

BB is really addictive but its also fun.

Training a team in real life is much more harder than BB

I second that ageo020 it is really hard to coach a team for real.

Woody to be fair to coachmonte his league is a lot harder than our leagues here in NZ. But I do have to say that looking at his roster he hasn't done to much in 4 seasons, it doesn't look like he has trained any of his players that mush or even sold one that he has trained up. Not trying to be mean coachmonte, I'm just staing what I see from the outside.

coachmonte, have you ever had an NT player in your roster? And what are your tactics when it comes to training? hat kind of advice would you give?

Guys, I've just realised that I will be away (for 2 months) and will only have limited access to the internet and this will be in the 2nd season of the 2 if I win this election. I think it would be unfair of me to be our NT coach if I cannot put 100% effort into team lineups and helping with training plans etc so I will have to withdraw from this race. I hope you all understand!

Ok I just saw the deadline was already past to register so I am going to have to run :@

I guess I will have to have an assistant coach over that time who will send me what they believe the line up should be and I will follow there instructions. Could be an offsite community type deal. Hope you are all happy with that?

i train all players: the tallest and shortest. in Italy instead some coaches train tallest and other shortest. the tactics that i will use depend on the adversaries and on my players. if i haven't players for R e G I can't use it. if a tem play with zone 3-2 i use Search player under the basket. i want to remember you that my first year in BB was difficult because i was at hospital and in summer, last years, i had to do to my boys and girls at school the final exams for leaving school.

I'm a semi great tactician ( win lots of game against the odds early in my career )
I'm active as fuck =D
I reply to all mails
I have a very young team who's been achieving great things
I have a Unique Philosophy for the game

My Hobby is "training players" to be in U21 / NT

im a step by step player on my association, i'll build my franchise slowly but steadily.

Without the Financial/ player development issue binding the NT roster, i can fully focus on NT/U21 tactics

Hoping for the best but expecting the worse

Thanks for the application SorrowDevil. I think that I will actually have a team of assistant coaches and not just 1 person who will be making the final call while I'm away. And since I'm not away until April 19 I have time to pick whom will be the 1 assistant sending me line-ups while away. I will pick this person from who I think has been most helpful and sensible in discussions on the offsite forum about team line-ups and tactics.

But this is of cause if I win the vote :P
