Actually, i'm saving my money for next season 1 couple of weeks and buy a player or two, some gaurds. I started Valdes in the last game and it worked out well, thanks.

I think that you should not train OD in a 2 pos training coz OD skill is real slow to pop and training 2 pos will take bout 4 weeks to pop in OD once(these are for rookie trainees)....
when iwant to train 2 positions i go for JS coz that training dosent give us the benefit of single pos training....for the rest of the training i stick to single pos training...

Really, how many times have you done 2 pos OD, and with what level trainer? Because I've trained 5 guys this year, 2 x 18, 2x 19 and 1 x 20 year old, ranging from 5'10" to 6'5" inches tall (level 4 trainer). Every single one of those guys have popped in OD at a rate of once every three training weeks.

But doing a training that can only be done in 2 position, like JS or 1on1 or rebounding, is a fine way to go.

My experience with 18 and 19 year olds this season in 2pos OD and a level 4 trainer also disagrees with the 4-week estimate. I don't have my training data with me at work, but I'd say on average I'm seeing 2 pops per 5 weeks, and I can't remember ever seeing a player go three weeks of full training and not pop.

May I add that you can't measure sub levels, which may vary according to the level.

2 position training is fine. It works better if you want to train more players....of course if you only want to train a few players and very quickly than one position is good. I myself never use one position training..I'd rather just improve as many guys as I can.

My advice is that you choose the players you want to improve and select one or 2 pos trainning according to your plan. Nothing is written in stone. if you focus in lees than 4 player, usually the best is one position trainning. If want more balance, 2 positions.
You may tran some weeks 1, others 2. This takes time, so seize it. You'll make mistakes along the way, it's part of the fun ;)
