Regarding the last part;
I'm not sure I got what you've meant.
Doctors tries to help with injuries, but there are injuries that takes time to recover (and some even not that).
Paying insurance and paying a doctor is paying for something totaly different.

Well to put it simple. Say I have a minimal doctor and my player gets injured for 2 weeks. But if I had an exceptional doctor, that player's injury would just last throughout the game but after the game he would be okay. So this way you wouldn't get any insurance. See the relation?

If I understand you correct this time, you are speaking on WHEN the insurance should pay the insurance money, and claming that it should be only upon missing a full game.

I agree with that.

no he meant, a two week injuryy with a level 1 doctor, most likely mean a game injury with a level 6 doctor ...

So having a better doctor should reflected in the function of an insurance.

I guess that now that someone starts to wonder how that doctor works, we will soon find a "new doctor / medical care approach" thread somewhere in the suggestions forum.

I´m not sold on the insurance thing. To be honest, I´d rather see a "if a player is listed as injured when the financial update happens, only 2/3rd of his wages are accounted" rule without any insurance fee.

If you think of it that way then investing in your doctor is pretty much insurance. With a level 1 doctor you might get 4-5 injuries a season. With a level 5 doctor, this goes down to around 1-2 a season. If you want to have close to no injuries get a lvl 7 doctor.
