with this program: (http://bb-training.comuf.com/club/home.php) you can track also pops in experience. I'm updating this database with my training for almost two seasons now. If you want, I can check up on few players that I have been training (or just playing) for those two seasons, count the minutes between one pop and the other and...hm. And then what?

Ok. The player you can track is (21392854). He started with EXP=1 and "popped" in EXP on 2012-02-24. His first game was on 8/4/2011.

Do you want me to write down all his games in between except for Private league games?

Sue. Just use the format I'm writing and bingo. This study is relatively easy, all you have to do here is keep track of minutes, type of game it is, then the date.

Do you want to know what the EXP does in BB's engine? I think I'm a real prove to say about this, I little time before I've got a player, 32 years old, 8 in Experience. He wasn't a sensational player, but all game he does some 20 points ( He was SG ). The SGs of my league are very good, and his skills was not good than others. He didn't have a great passing and handling, but his % of TO was almost 0. I think his EXP did something important in this way, he was not the player what I've wanted, but he does a great job for his skills.
