You are training only one position (2-3 trainees), right?

I am pretty sure he is rotating the training on Inside Shot, Inside Defense and Rebounding.

Rotating the training is faster than training a single skill, because the level of the secondary skills affects the training.

Well, it's impossible to train rebound on only C, so eventually I train 4 or 5 trainees. But yes the focus is upon 3 players (Eddy Mathiot, 2,26, bought at the beginning of Season 3; Octav Carbunaru, 2,21, bought mid-season in season 3 and Claudião Carretel, 2,16, drafted in season 4).

And Raonne is right, I rotate between IS, ID and RB, I haven't trained the same skill 2 weeks in a row for the last 2 seasons. I've trained IS and ID alternately for 4 weeks, and RB on the 5th, because I figured that way Eddy and Octav would get a pop a week in the first 4 weeks and then with high sublevel at rebounding they would also get a pop at the 5th week. That's why both of them pop every single week. I'm unsure what the matchup against Iranildo Agreste, from Pandas would be like, considering he is better skilled in rebounding than Octav and Eddy (though they're not poorly skilled either), but I guess we'll have to wait until I get to 1st division to see how it goes.
