That's hilarious!

For the American guy with and MVP trainee: You should consider training FT for at least one week. My guy has atrocious FT, but shot 31%, better than nothing. That 0% can really hurt you in close games.

Formula is obviously exponential. Percentages grow very fast with skill, in the begging, and very slow at higher skill levels.
Someone was researching about this before, I think he found that average Ft can shoot some solid percentage, 70% maybe

My inept player shot 66% this season, a mediocre guy shot 75%. Then I have a prominent guy, he shot 78%.

So yeah, average will do a decent job. For higher percentages you have to train a lot.

Yep, he was a selfish teammate, he admitted that. Now he is one of the Lakers assists leaders. Joking about him lost sense and I'm pretty sure people are getting tired of our little conversation. Merry Christmas:)

I agree, but those who train young players can afford to lose training weeks when they can train more important skills.

Here's a concept that in my opinion would be the best and most logical - FT related to JS. It's very reasonable that a player who has JS 15 has at least 6-7 FT. It's absolutely stupid that he can't hit a free throw but hits 7 of 9 jump shots during the game. When JS pops, FT also does, but in lesser degree. However, for those who want to get faster FT ups, the option to train it independently should stay.
