Both his Stamina and his Free Throw is already at 8... I will just train some Passing for my Guards, Passing was not a priority for him so it's an ideal situation to train...
There is some small amount of crosstraining he'd get from the FT/stamina training, so while using this as an opportunity to get someone else better makes sense, there's some small benefit if you do train FT. Or stamina, but 8's already way too high.
