A second team is not my up too vote thing for BB, if you like that and think thats good. Then more power to you and hope you enjoy it. A BB veteran training youth players is nothing more than farming. No one said s/he had to win.

This game is about winning period. Raise prices is killing the game, yet and still they want lowers league team to slave train with trainer prices out of control. When guys from nbba and top leagues come to the forums saying a trainer going 2.5million minimum. How in hell is anyone going to train anything ? I say that in the topic not towards you personally in a vulgar manner.

They want us to train understandable, but where the comfort in the wallet,? No one was buying trainers like that. Same as for no one was doing shot blocking. If they want us to do training, ok but give team some comfort in the wallet, 1-5 season salary contracts , stop the weekly wages because they are not getting better in the craft just more expensive.

All the tax exmpt stuff just lead to buying better players, nothing more or less. Training and getting better with those youth is just a bonus. If a manager want to keep them and win that just a bonus. if they want sell one or two.. they will see big profits.

It just make better economic sense

You would rather have a million bucks in the bank than that guy on your team, right? Never mind the fact that he would like go for $1M+ on the FA market.

Training...who needs it

Are you in debt because of that? Didn't you fire that trainer because he was to expensive or am I wrong.

Come on man , You know trainers are to expensive. I find it funny your not willing to admit that you fired that trainer before the season started , like every body does. Btw I said farming when does training 1 player equal farming.

I trained my players too 1 got mvp 3times runner up, another led the league in assist 6 season in row. others lead the league in scoring season more than once with differ players. So again im no guru either. If you check my player stats theyre a lot better under me, than before. training is child play.. I said Its too much hassle, I rather buy.

I don't see the concern with the train debate.

I haven't had to replace my trainer since sometime in the middle of last season, but I've been able to find level 4 trainers with salaries around 12-14k for a very reasonable price, and that's usually good enough for a season to two. I've done almost all of my training with level 4 trainers as well.

As far as your MVPs / league leaders, congratulations on having the tallest smurf.

When i look at USA IV.30 none of the league leaders are from Mr. Glass team nor was anyone in the saison 25 MVP competition.

PS: His roster is worth approximately 400k in total, yet he has a $3.2 million negative trade balance...so much for creating value.

There's no" let go option" on menu for staff its only fired or hired in your case you fired. Hoarding players is having a lot of players that you don't use. All my players play. I use only 9 and only have 9. That's not hoarding players, buying players is not hoarding players. They have trained before

you know the draft is buying players too for 14 week, 20k a week that's what. 280K.. the majority of the cap is for lower team 160K to buy a player.. I find this funny when we talk about cheap training alternatives.. the truth is old players salary go down after some time with a skill drop. yes it true you can sell a 18 yr old for 4 mill. but they can win at div 3 and below. unless you have group of vets around that player.

training and buying goes hand and hand. I think you know this way better than me, I bought a lot of players at 23/24 so there was a lot of green arrow Fridays. If I wanted to sell there'd be green I my account Monday's mornings as well.

lol. Farming is training player to sell that you are using not to use win games with mostly youth player, most going up to top/ nt teams or sold for a lot of money. I find it funny you try compare my team to that,. look at my transaction -3.2mill.. .. I must be the new ted turner . One point you don't get is tactic cost money to run ad great amount of time. skills cost money to get.. you can do it the hard way (training)or you do it the buying(if the manger don't know the skills needed for the tactics he just wasted his money period).. Staying up 6-8 hrs for a player is not easy when you have 5 am job. You neglect that point. So again no easy way to success

When was my record ever 0-22, when the last time I was at the bottom of league , when was last time I sold a player for over a million, now I could if I wanted too . It has never happened and never will, it has nothing to do with in game money.

This game is about winning period. Its a free market, im going to use it, draft is a option, just like market. if see a good player on the market why should i be a idiot and say the BB draft going to bring me better with training. Its about winning. you dont get any awards for losing!! training is fun I 100% agree , its a safer bet, but it goig to be some time before you start winning.. Even when you do, you will still have to buy players.
