But I'm aware of the fact he's lacking in some area's. That is also why I even never asked Joe to review this decision.

Although I wouldn't call him very common :p : He is a very usefull player, still being trained in some area's.

If you think your oponent is gonna play "look inside", then what makes the biggest difference :
a) choose "inside" for GDP
b) play 2-3 in defense

I mean, what makes the biggest difference to your defense when choosing between those 2 options ?
I suppose one of the 2 makes a bigger difference than the other for the game engine, and i suppose it is playing 2-3 in defense, but i'm not sure.

Joe explained me his raseons and these are quite valid.

I am now aware I totally overpaid this player. Nevertheless, he's quite some piece of SF and I'm glad he'll help the team for several seasons, as I needed anyway a new SF to replace the aging Krawczewski.

Now, I hope my income will keep on flowing or things will look pretty grim for myself.

Lesson 1 : stop auctioning when clearly over the limit :p
