Not ment to be rude. It's pixeled and blurry, means it's blown up and the base size was not exactly what it should be. Besides this, well... (Banner size is 650 x 66 px exactly, Logo size is 125 x 125 px exactly... just in case).
...
...

PS: Something like a mascot in Logo and Banner like every team in Japan has, would be cool. I would tend to a manga like funny looking Samurai or a kawaii looking cheerleader.

'K... I get it. They're not perfect - but they're not *that* bad (the U21), it's a tad pixilated - and the logo/banner are both indeed as they should be according to dimensions.
Sure, they're not professional... and neither am I. I wanted to use something applicable to Japan, and that is the current font/logo that they use. If someone (hint-hint!) wanted to come up with a mascot... feel free. At the moment, I simply don't have the time. Maybe I'll give it a whack when I do... but in the mean time - it is what it is.

I'll think about something for the time around season 38/39 when most likely the merger will happen. As mentioned somewhere before, I'll be a supporter from then and anyway will do a logo and banner for my own squad struggles in league 2 or 3. As we (the Japanese) will run our teams within different nations, I think it would be nice to represent ours with some stuff on the U21/NT side. It doesn't mean, that my stuff has to be accepted then :)

Again, thumbs up to everybody who show some passion with this thing, cheers

Your banners for U21 say "National Team" So I figured it would be appropriate to share them with the National Team. We're all one happy family and national program.

Plus, I think they're the best banners we've had, even if they are "pixelated"

Instead of using my daily one hour online time :), I worked a bit on the logo and banner for the NT's.

Banner: Nothing great, but I tried to keep the same design like the actual. I couldn't find this Katakana like font, so I used something. In graphic design we don't *warp* the fonts, sorry for that GDG (Graphic Design God). Just did it to keep it similar. Instead of the Samurai I used a vector based torii.

Logo: I like this Fuji-san shaped ball a lot. I traced the original file, but skipped some elements. Instead I pimped it a bit.

Worked in the original size on Illustrator and Photoshop, so not pixeled anymore. Subscribed to a free hosting side, so the stuff can be used by using the following links. There should be no limit to keeping the files:

LOGO (or AVA) https://i.imgsafe.org/21ae48641b.jpg

BANNER https://i.imgsafe.org/21ae2bf360.jpg

So, if you like it, use it. If not, fine with me. I just came up with it, so I felt like doing something. Cheers to everyone.
