Yeah, this is a pleasant surprise. I'm trying to train some youngsters too, even got one of them expensive trainers, not sure it's been worth it yet though

You k1cked my butt (and everybody's) back in the day, we'll see if we can have some of it back

Good luck!

I suck at training I'm not going to lie, best I can do is train my bench, that's why I don't spend on one of them expensive trainers, let me know if worth it.

Dude that was one tough D4 league if not the toughest I ever seen, we all had to bring it....he he he
It was black hole for D3 teams never to be seeing again...lol

But your team got this right now, no way my team can beat yours, but don't worry I will catch with you eventually...

Best of luck dude!

Actually, training was what really got me to DII. My two best players, PF an C, 55K and 50K, are the proud trainees.
If you just focus on 1-2 positions, you can raise a few monsters. And it's virtually impossible to train a full team, even though it would be my ultimate goal

I only train 2 at the time, my best job was one player reaching 12k salary ha ha ha ha, good thing the bar is set very low, right now I'm working on Nelson Awa and Noble Cabral, I hope to make them solid bench players.

Mikey Odonnell and Arnold Garnett are my next projects if get my work in Awa and Cabral done soon.

I envy your training skills, I haven't crack that code yet.

ipsonj from Forza Juventus he was and I'm sure still is a beast at training, his players would skyrocket in salary like crazy from season to season, to the point he would have to sell them cause he couldn't afford all their salaries at once.

I think he's a bit too modest for the position.

I am filing a grievance to the BB Players Association on behalf of Chuck Rainey...you are tearing down a legend! running him into the ground! shame on you!

It's really a shame, he seems to be on the down slope of his career. I thought he could give me some good minutes this season, maybe not. I hope he doesn't contemplate retiring
