Nobody takes less to play on a good team in buzzerbeater...

You must not have had a good team, then. I got several players to resign cheaper after trading for them last draft night. It was tremendous, stupendous, legendary and bigly all at once.

I spoke with other NT coaches and they actually believe that the U.S. are very strong in SF (Devin Farnsworth debatably the best SF in the world and True Man Robertson was very well-known as well). I think the NT needs the most reinforcements on bigs. But no sweat, guys, I will train or buy some NT candidates myself to help out

I also need input on who I should vote for the new NT coach position, as I am not familiar with any candidate except maybe Isaiah (the team name tho). Shout out to Dwight Coward for doing a great job this season.

I agree- we had a time where we had the two best SFs in NT play probably. Farnsworth still has a season left in him at the NT level while Robertson is probably too old at this point and has lost several skill points. The thing about SFs is that they are crucial to NT play but stats don't do them justice. We are very weak moving forward at SF because we are down to only 2 legit options, with Farnsworth aging.

In terms of bigs, I also agree. We are behind a lot of nationalities in terms of the amount of skill points our bigs have. We have a lot of donkies and guys who lack in certain areas creating weaknesses for the team.

In terms of who to vote for, just remember I have the experience and brought this team to a Worlds Silver 2 seasons ago, getting beat by China. I know what it takes and am very familiar with what other teams have. Definitely would love for you to join our NT staff if you would like and help build the team to a National powerhouse.

Thank you! It was a great experience and I definitely am down to do it again in the future (I was more than happy to run again this season). But this election provides an opportunity to accomplish something for the greater good.

I think you should strongly consider voting for Isaiah. I was going to run again and pretty much had full intentions to but decided not to when Isaiah informed me he had interest in returning. The problem with the NT currently is that it's basically a one man show. Only one person is doing all the work as opposed to the U21 which has a few helpers. So I saw this as an opportunity to really benefit the NT. By stepping down and taking on a helping role, we can start expanding the staff. This to me is a lot more important than just having the title of NT manager. I was more than willing to do all the work again by myself but we really will not accomplish much with just one person doing the work. No matter how great the NT manager is, it will take a team to get this done. Many people don't realize the amount of work and effort it takes to be the NT manager. There is just a lot of behind the scenes stuff that most don't get to see. Isaiah has the experience and is more than capable. But way more important than that, he's willing to be a team player (which I am/was also but did not have a staff to help me). We have an opportunity here to build up a staff team

I'm excited to work together! Hopefully we can build a strong team to work on the NT for once. Also, and this is for everyone, the NT is everyone's team so don't be afraid to offer opinions and ideas.
