Maybe the number of staff members should be increased to cool down staff market.

In my opinion max 500k for lvl 6 is enough, and maybe 200-300k for lvl 5.
Something with cash flow should be changed, economy will kill this game

If it so good why it is impossible to sell treining players with profit ?
good 18years old "white card" rookie cost 1mln+ and after 3 seasons of traning ( +30 pops, and staff costs) value is the same or even less ?

don't ignore that site of BB when it's mostly economic manager.
