As Justin said - on the voting page each candidate has a mini speech and a direct link to his own thread on the forum. The order of canidates is random each time you visit the page.

Still there are some problems - your chance to get elected is lower when you are not candidating from the start because lot of managers vote immediately when the notification occurs. New is that the vote of each manager is weighted by the lenght of ownership of the team. And newbies can't vote at all I think.

Someone who was a NT coach a long time ago might not be worthy to be the current NT coach

Honestly, it is highly illogical to suggest something that is normally the exception to the rule. Yes it might happen that someone now is more suited to be a NT than an ex-coach, still an ex-coach and specially a successful ex-coach will still be better suited and more experencied than 90% of the candidates. It MIGHT happen that one or another candidate might have a more succesful tenure but the probability of that happening is very low.

Besides it would be great not only for NT voters but also for the players that manage NT's to have such an historic of achievements. Not only the players would feel more motivated to actually perform well with the NT but it would be highly gratifying to see a collection of achievements for the user itself.

Displayed achievements could be:

- Qualifying for the NT cups
- Winning NT trophies
- Reaching semi-final or a final of a NT competition
- Finishing 1st in group of a NT competition
- Going up 10 or more places in the NT rankings
etc
