-> OD is recommended as 1-position training (2-pos.-training slows it down for about 60%!)

That's a bold assumption and not the one i experienced when training 2-position OD. It's better than that.

With the information that I have:

Pressing-OD:
PG->0,43/training
PG+SG->0,31/training

So 1 position is up for about 39% (0,31*139%=0,43) and 2 position is down for about 28% (0,43*72%=0,31).

Just an example, one of my utopian trainees (19-20yo, 1,88m) had 12 OD-1-Pos. with 8 (!) ups. You will never ever reach this with 2-Pos.training.

1-Pos.-training is far more effective and as calculated before 2-Pos.-training might not be at 60% but 70% of 1-Pos.training.

Thats understandable. Well, my 23 yo has JS 14, OD 13 and Handling 13, so not the skills around 8 or 9, but i got Your point.

How the elastic training works exactly? I train firstly OD that its much higher than other skills, for example 12-13 and other skills arent higher than 7, then the elastic kicks in when training 1on1?

Some skills are related training-wise. So if one of them is higher than the others, when you train the lower they improve way faster. For example, if your inside defense is 15 and your inside shooting is 5, if you train IS it will pop much more frequently than if both were 10.

Talking specifically about OD, it is one of the slowest trainings overall. So usually what most people do is to train 1x1, which trains somewhat quickly handling, driving and jump shot, then when handling is high they shift to OD and profit from the elastic effect...

Thanks, mate!

This will help me a lot in the future! Didnt know about this.
Is this also applies if I have jump range much higher, for example 14 and JS 7, will it help train JS quicker?

from this thread:

(https://buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=...)

OD - have an elastic effect mostly from Ha+Dr, and also ID. Gives an elastic effect to nothing.
JS - have an elastic effect from Ha+Dr+JR(also from IS in 1on1 forwards). Gives an elastic effect to Ha+Dr+JR+IS.
JR- have an elastic effect from Js, Dr, ha. Gives an elastic effect to JS.
HA- have an elastic effect from Dr(+OD in Ha training but I aint sure about that one). Gives an elastic effect to Dr, OD, Pa, JS+JR.
Dr- have an elastic from Ha(I dont remember for sure if in 1on1 training it effected also by JS or IS, I will check it later). Gives an elastic effect to Ha, OD, Pa, JS, JR.
Pa- have an elastic effect from Dr, Ha. Gives an elastic effect to nothing.
IS- have an elastic effect from JS, ID(I will check later the influence of the 1on1 training). Gives an elastic effect to ID, JS, RB.
ID- have an elastic effect from SB, IS. Gives an elastic effect to IS, SB, RB.
RB- have an elastic effect from IS+ID. Gives an elastic effect to nothing(yea I was sure untill last season it does give something to IS or maybe to IS but real nothin..).
SB- have an elastic effect from ID(dont remember if effected by more). Gives an elastic effect to ID.

If all this above is true, it makes sense to train OD later, since it doesn't give ellastic effect to anything.
Also JR gives ellastic effect to JS, so you can expect a quicker training this way.

Don't forget that JR drains a lot of potential and is also very expensive in terms of salary. Otherwise, good luck.
