Oh this one. I'm positive it just includes secondaries. I can't confirm that by training I try not to have players with low passing. But still I didn't find anything in my training that would make me think all outside/inside skills influence it. By accident maybe.

EDIT: not sure if BB would want to make this clear:)

Based on my experience, those players have likely hit the dreaded softcap (assuming that they got 48 minutes for 5 trainings in a row). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

i know 1 player that is all like my 2 guards that pops much more quickly. he's 1 year younger, has the same potential and his passing skill is strong
