Human trafficking often involves kidnapping, advance fee fraud, extortion, and in the case of sex crimes, rape and humiliation. If free flow of people goods and capital were evident in those countries east of Europe, then the women (and some men too) would freely go home and leave that nightmare.

Instead of working as a house maid or even a teacher, they end up in prostitution instead.
