Posca: 20 y old if not about 10k salary cant make it to U-21 :(
As for the other player i might consider if yer training him...

V:Mo Pint Ting has such good stats! Why dun u train him? The Sim Min Ming PF might be MVP, but it will take quite a while to get his stats up there...

If you are confused at which is better, the best easiest way to see is their wk salary they command... However that will also depend on what positions and roles you wanna allocate to them to utilise their skills..
