Most of them is mediocre, so I think if all of them can make it to average or respectable it would be better.
2 more update to go before PO, so I have a thought that primary skill will be hard to raise with just 2 update, thats why I decided to train on stamina.
mediocre is definitely good enough. Don't consider the impact on primary skills in terms of pops, but decimals. If you train monorole 21 yrs old players, if you will not have a pop you'll probably increase by 0.8 primary (let's say JR for shooting guards), 0.5 JS, 0.3-0.4 (I am lazy and I don't want to calculate exactly
) HN and DR. Absolutely much relevant.
If you raise stamina, the side effect is that, if you'll starters are even not much better than backups, your starters will not sit on the bench, so their performance will decrease over time and -worst- they will risk to play 85 minutes or more, with direct impact on their shape. Just to give you a practical example, my Scalambrieri is trained monorole 48' + a match in other guards role, typically 35-40'. It means about 85' or even more this week (but I wanted to have him trained now). For this reason, I expect him to decrease his shape from 8 high (now 950K DMI) to 7 (last time he was 350KDMI!): if we believe to DMI, his performance should be tremendously impacted. In facts, it is. That is why I accepted him to pop down to 6 from previous 8 than 7 in stamina. My Grillenzoni is 4 and is far than acceptable.
