I'm not only talking about teams who scrape past the floor; I'm talking about overmatched teams who make a genuine effort to compete, but get relegated anyways and suffer an unrealistic hit in fan support.

So PSF has nothing to do with that....Sorry if I misunderstood that you said PSF was screwing some teams.....

How fans behave is totally different topic then. I think biggest problem is not how fans react after relegation.....How fans react after giving up (tanking) is a bigger problem.
I relegated and I got 335k from my first home match. Average in my division was 295k. I cannot say that this is unrealistic hit in fan support. I don't care about fan survey, arena income is the only one which matters.
So do you have opposite examples related to relegated teams?

You were relegated after a relegation series. The hit in fan support is way heavier when you relegate as #8.

My attendance income was 227k and 214k, while league average was 265k.

I'm not complaining. Just stating that your experience is not with direct relegation and therefor your hit in fan support is less.

True, that is definitely one factor.

Another is ticket prices. I see your arena is half empty....
I'm not sure but I think that if ticket prices are so low that you almost sell all tickets, you will get more money even though prices are low. I adjusted my ticket prices so that maximum income was only 362500 €, which is quite good amount in division II in my country. Only very successful teams can get more money here in division II. After couple of home games and losses, I will fine tune my ticket prices lower again....

(i'm always comparing, how much money can be received per seat category and I set prices based on those estimates)

Your maximum arena income was set to 484250 €. Not sure about your country, but I think thats too much and you suffer from too high ticket prices also.... I see that you are going to win some games and thus you expect that fans will come back, still I think that prices are too high for division II, but thats just my own estimate (no offense).

Hmmm none taken. I will consider your words.

I already lowered my ticket prices a lot and have lower prices than quite a few teams in my division (who are actually worse teams). I know that my Season Ticket Holders is lower than some of those teams, so that is definitely a factor. But I looked at your prices and see that you lowered them even more. I'll consider doing that as well, since my arena is big enough anyway.
