Maybe I can't express myself clear enough.
My point is, that if I want to build (say) a future NT PF, the fist skill I am going to train will be... OD. For at least a season, maybe. Meanwhile the primary pumped trainees will be far far away on the road to U21, don't they? By 22nd year I'd most likely train OD and ID only, and then some JR/PA. Slowest training first. The player is expected to be ready near his 25-26 birthday, but at this point he will be one of those 3M valued world class PFs.

That's the reason I said that U21 and NTs are different teams, with different strategies and trainings

Then you're on the same page as us... once you realise that we simply don't have a) the manager-base to have a multitude of players being trained for the two teams... and b) the players coming through the draft (every now 'n then, you see a 22-25yo guy with MVP/HOF who has been ruined by either non-training or absolutely stupid training).
The fact is, it's a limited pool - both with players AND managers.

To be quite frank, I think we're hitting slightly above our weight with the NT now - and that's only because a few dedicated managers took on what needs to be built. 3-4 seasons ago, our Bigs situation was nigh on dire. And now it's our guards. Imagine what would have happened if our Forwards/Center situation was what it was looking like 4 seasons ago...
Nippon'd be in a very big mess.

The cold, hard reality of the situation is that in Japan, I would estimate that we have fewer than 10 managers who know what they're doing. I'd guess that most of those guys actively seek out information, and understand that it's an ever-evolving process.
8... maybe 9 managers. That's it. It might improve... but some of the managers coming up would have to display a comprehension that they (as yet) still have something to learn.
Thus far, I've not seen it.

PF/ C: need OD/Passing?

All Players need SB?

I thinks one thing wrong and waste of the training week for this position trainees.

All the basketball rosters need all the skills is the best?
I think u can see in BB. Who dont want all of the 10skills are high? These rosters transfer market will be surely high price. But if they don't have their position main skills above lvl 15, their salary are not so high. Am I wrong?

I also want all the skills are great. But...... U are U21 manager, U are very important for NT talents. All the talents are very important for training within 18~21 yrs old.

I don't wanna say about SF, But for center and PF, if I will be trainer I will push to train ID & IS until lvl 15 or 16 together train with rebound & SB. May be step by step (for e.g. lvl 11 to lvl 13 after that lvl 15). I mean I will train ID & IS main and also I will train RB & SB. After ID lvl 15, IS lvl 15, RB lvl 13, SB lvl 13 minimum skill. I will start to train him JS & 1 on 1 until minimum lvl 7 or 10. I hope if u train ID his OD will also pop up little bit. I don't want to argue with anybody. Just discussion.

Financially, you are better off doing it the other way around tho'. Just a suggestion...

In my very limited experience, Bigs with low OD tend to foul quite a bit. Especially if matched up against a big with semi-decent or better JS/DR.
I think that better OD on a Big leads to a significant drop in fouls.

So how about my 18 yrs old Kazumichi Mitsukuri?
Today current his skills are:

Do u have any advice for him? His ID, IS, RB, and SB are really nothing. He cannot be good guards? For my seen... I don't thinks so.
My target for him is good guard with OD and he can good support for insider for easy shoot. I hope he will really shine one day in Nippon NT. How do you think? I sold one of my talent guard bcuz of take care him.

In my honest opinion....You sold the wrong player.
Those 4 1's at the bottom of his skill set are death.

I know you think this is crazy, but why not get his IS/ID/SB up to at least two. if he were on the floor for even 10 minutes, he would be eaten alive.

This Friday......IS pop and a stamina pop....
very strange...he had a level 7 and it dropped to maybe 6.9(read as average) and then he gets the cross training pop in stamina back to a 7..

May be i was wrong for selling SK you will see for Nippon.

But for my seen I m not wrong for my team. SK + around 400K I got Malay NT roster for my team.
If I will train SK about 5seasons also I cannot get my guard skill. So wrong or true is nothing as matter.
