dont go over 20k, the soft cap during the season is usually around 19k fans at a "normal" price. so you will be getting 350k-400k.
after 20k, its diminishing returns unless you definately playing in the relegation or playoffs where you get around 20k at a high price but then people are leeching off you... your opponent is taking 100-200k from his away game where you get crap all against an opponent who doesn't expand his arena.
this is of course from a scrub D2 team that might never get a chance to experience to ABBL... 2 starters get injured and foul out... sigh, might have to start rebuilding. going over 20k might be good in the ABBL but I will probably never know...
20k no matter what type of composition your arena might have. I think the best is 4000 or so lower tier, max on courtside, 35-45 Luxury box and the rest into bleacher.
